You can adjust the profile on sketch 2 for your specific router bit.
Hi Pete, thanks for your answer!
Although I am actually doing a convex fillet all round, and down each side, your use of the sweep tool has made me realise that it can go around corners!
Here's my amendment.

I guess I just need to do the same at the sides now with four separate sweep commands. Can you think of a better solution?
