DRAWING REV NUMBER

Within the last few weeks OnShape no longer allows me to input a revision number to a drawing. The box (in the drawing properties) where i used to input a number which would be automatically shown on all sheets, no longer allows me to edit the contents. It is highlighted in grey and will not respond to clicking on it. This is inconvenient. Why was this changed and how do I input a revision number so it updates all sheets?

    The Revision and State can be set/modified when you create a version of the document
