Mesh Boat Hall to Solid

I've been beating my head against the wall trying to bring the hull of a boat into OnShape for about a month now.
I NEED HELP!!!
I've tried several different techniques to no avail.
I've tried the add on tools both InStep which technically is still in beta and Power Surfacer which is suppose to do mesh to solid conversion.
This tool does not work either
Here is a picture of the mesh I'm trying to bring in from the side. I've tried creating 3 point planes and sketches for each line and tried a loft but things really slowed down after 45 planes a sketches. The loft didn't work either.

for a boat hull I created. You need to turn the mesh into a surface before importing. Or import STL,
And yes once you have a lot of curves to loft things will get a bit slow.
