How can I draw on a jpg?

I have imported a site plan that was scanned in jpg.  I want to mark it up can I do this in onshape?

    OnShape cannot edit a photo, but you can insert a photo onto a sketch and trace it if you like.

    @john_mcclary, now that's just cool.  With tools like OS to play with even history homework could be fun.  Seems wierd to think of space travel as history...

    BTW would NASA have saved $125 million if they'd used OnS to mix imperial and metric units?

    I know this isn't the place to mention this IR, but let's be honest SW does that much better ... :(

    OS makes your edit the dimension to see the design unit..
    Where SW (and probably others) just lets you see everything at once... OS needs to let us add notes to dims too ;)

    @john_mcclary you can add notes to dims as a comment
    e.g    25mm // this dim is critical
    However you still need to click it to see it.

    Nice didn't know you can use // coments that's awesome, but it's nice seeing an overview just by viewing the sketch
    I'm not complaining :) just pointing it out, OS is still young I get that :)

    I can't get it to work though..
