Cannot open shared file

Hi there,
I cannot open the file that is shared with me (w/o label). We used to open them.
I can only open labeled files and but cannot open just shared filed.
I got an error message that is "Failed to get next documents. An unexpected error has occurred. Check your network connection."
I would like to label on the new shared files, but cannot see the file names on the main front page.
Do you know how we can solve this issue?
