On Conics, the Rho 'dimension' arrowhead needs to be able to move along the conic

At present conics always show the arrowhead for the Rho value at the 'apex' of the curve, which is sometimes not the clearest placement.
Could this be made so the Rho arrowhead can float along the conic, in the same way as a normal circular arc dimension arrowhead does?
This would allow the user to place the Rho indicator in an uncluttered position.
