Hi,
I just want to understand if when we have a problem to report, we cna go through "feedback" or if we have to go through "submit a request"? Are feedbacks transformed into "request" when they are identified as problem?
Thanks,

It gives you the option to submit a screenshot of what you are seeing at the very moment and one of our support representatives can take a look at it. Either way it is submitted, we will look at what was submitted and act accordingly.Jake RamsleyDirector of Quality Engineering & Release Manager onshape.com1
