Bug Report: Circular pattern dropouts depending on what object used for center of Axis

In this forum post, we discussed an error in the circular pattern tool:

The last object created with circular pattern disappears if I use the edge of an extruded object created within that part studio (called 'center') as the center of axis but works properly if I use the inner surface of a derived part.

I can't see anything incorrect that might contribute to this problem

the error is back, is a threaded part too complicated to use?

I simplified and was able to generate the same error.  My guess is that cutouts of a threaded cylinder can generate unattached parts that onshape can't resolve.

confirmed, modifying my cutout object to not generate loose parts solved the problem - this has been submitted as a proper Bug report
