How do I align the holes in a circular pattern in two flanges?

In the link below, I created two flanges ( A and B) with holes.
I tried to align the holes (flange A with flange NB) with a revolute mate but it seems to me that is not the best way.

Any help, please?

MIGUEL - Mate Connectors are the best way to define the alignment between any two parts.
If the default alignment doesn't work for you, you can re-define the orientation relative to any edge or sketch entity.

In this example, i only made two simple changes.
In Flange A i attached the center of the sketch pattern to the origin (there was no constraint)
In both flanges i adjusted the location of the starting circle to lie on one of the primary axes.
No changes to the Mate Connectors or Mates was required.

You should explore Onshape's multipart design process more, both of those parts could be made in one part studio creating all the holes using one feature ensuring they always line up.
