kiri:moto saving and exporting

I'm experimenting with kiri:moto to generate the g-code to produce parts, but I don't see any way to save my work. Every time I bring up the tab, it starts from scratch asking me what parts to import.
Also, is there a way to export from the kiri tab to onshape as a generated file (ideally something that can be updated when the part changes)? I have some cases where the g-code is going to be downloaded many times, but I would prefer something a bit smarter (and more automated) than exporting the gocde to a file on my local desktop and uploading it back into onshape.
