Exporting assemblies from onshape into unity

nicholas_liautaudnicholas_liautaud Member Posts: 2 EDU
I have recently been attempting to export some assemblies i created in onshape into unity. I export them into a collada file (.dae) then import the asset into unity. In unity it seems as if the mates i created in onshape arnt recodnized by unity and the entire assembly would fall apart. I was wondering if there is a way to export assemblies from onshape into unity properly with the sustained mates. Please help

I do not believe that we currently export the mates with collada - please submit this as an enhancement request.

Has there been any updates regarding this topic (exporting collada file's from Onshape and Importing them into Unity)? I have the same equation regarding Assemblies and their mates.
    Cheers,

You have to vote - as it stands today, that improvement request has one vote and there are two of you on this thread!
