How do I angle a tube?

Hi guys,
I'm having a bit of a brain fart and can't figure out how to do something relatively simple I guess.
This is my drawing: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/103df7df35e7f8b79d212ded/w/6b205c965461e2886eab2c08/e/3b22df7d8a7aec1baa7e0220
I have a tube running vertically and I'd like to angle the tube at 20º from the vertical. I've tried doing a revolve but it doesn't work out exactly as I thought it would. The edges don't match up and it protrudes into the existing vertical tube cavity.
Can someone help me please?
Many thanks!
John

My example of how to do this is here:
https://cad.onshape.com/documents/ba898f98d27e921d446e8cd5/w/8a83444be4c6cbc1fa9a67c7/e/b7e47a20414160859945ca7d
I used a combination of loft and shell. First I extruded the vertical cylinder (without drawing the inner part to make it a tube), then I created a sketch to create the desired angle on the front plane. Then I created a new plane where I wanted the tube to finish up, drew an equal circle on the new plane at the desired location, lofted the 2 circles together then used the shell function.

Once again, thanks for any help!
