How are flat patterns derifed? Corner reliefe sice-

Hello,

I have a little problem.
All my flatpatterns craeated by OnShape are to short.
For example, I'd like to bend a piece of angle iron with 100mmx100mm at 6mm thickness, OnShape creats a flat pattern with a length of 186,71mm.
To bend this part with my pressbrake, the length should be 189,6mm.

The second problem I have, is that all the corner reliefes are way to big, even with the smallest value entered.

Is there any information on how the factors of the sheetmetal tool interact with each other and how the values are calculated?

Yours,
Gregor

You could adjust the factor K parameter when you create the sheet metal part.

Onshape does not have yet more advanced tools to calculate the flat pattern, the only one right know is change the factor K
    Un saludo,
