Circular pattern with a hole as the feature to pattern - selecting the hole

brian_jordanbrian_jordan Member, Developers Posts: 144 ✭✭✭
I know I have done this before but have serious brain fade this morning. I want to create a circular pattern on a face (bolt holes on a brake disk) but can't remember how to select the first hole as the feature to pattern. I copied this document which has exactly what I am looking for and tried to edit it but I can't select the hole any more than I can select the hole in my own document. What am I missing? Thanks.
