I have a small problem, I try to create a thread and no success

Couple of issues, the first being your sketch does not hit the sweep path helix.
So in this copy of your document I've added a "pierce" constraint to the sketch to make sure they connect, and also rotated the helix 90deg so we start on the end of it:-

Worth noting that unless you really need them modeling threads is not good practice. They add a lot of overhead to the model, and if making for real then you'd probably just want the pilot drill hole in 3d with a note on the drawing to add a thread.
BTW nice project, I really miss target shooting (all but banned in the UK) so would love to be doing this kind of project.

If you 3D print I would do this. Add a hole for a nut.
If you use metric nuts then there is a custom feature to make the holes. All you need is a point in a sketch.
