Keep the dialog mate dialog box opens in assembly

Hi,
It wolud be an improvement of the interface if the dialog box for adding mates would keep open in order to allow to make new mates without having to open again. The same while we apply constrains, maybe a better procedure would be to add some dialog box to select the kind of constrain, and then choose the elements to apply. In this way we don't need to select every time the same option.
