Inside thread flaw

Hi, can you give some advice on how to make inside threads end and start in a taper?
Here's a picture of the issue I have, either the thread stops abruptly or it will make an odd pocket in the design.

I made a quick example of using the revolve tool for creating a thread. I have the chamfer made in the initial sketch before doing the sweep cut.

I usually just revolve remove the face where your thread ends. It doesn't give you the taper you are looking for but it does clean it up and transition as opposed to the abrupt stop.
Create a sketch on the triangle face where your tread stops, use command for the entire contour, revolve remove with the base of the triangle as the axis.

I will try both suggestions and see what works best!
