    Internet explorer is not supported. Please use chrome or Firefox.

    Could OS interrogate the browser and report that it is not not webgl compliant and therefore no good for OS on startup?

    Thing is: not even Microsoft is supporting IE anymore in favor of their new hot mess Edge (which is also not supported)
