Boolean Merge not Working w/ just one Part any inputs?

Hey Guys,

I`m having trouble merging my parts together for a 3D Print, they all work in the Boolean merge save for one, and I can`t for the life of me figure it out. Would appreciate the input

@lukas_schleuniger, looks like your your boolean isn't working because not all the parts have surface to surface contact. As you can see in the section view, there is a line to line contact there. Change the size of the components a little, either making the hole a little smaller or the ring a little bigger, and the boolean should be able to join all the parts. I implemented a sample fix in the link below.
