Can you sweep a helix

I'm wondering if you can sweep a helix along a curve or spline. I'm hoping to be able to create spiral cable like on phone cords and other electrical devices

Thank you Steve! Yes you can sweep a helix. If you want to sweep a profile, such as a phone cord, you will need to sketch the profile on a plane and use the helix as the sweep profile.
