How long will user can get certificate of training ?

I completed the Onshape Fundamentals: CAD, but I don't know when I can get certificate . Could some one know this one ? My traning dashboard showed as is attached picture . Thank so much.

It looks like you did not complete the survey fully, which is why the certificate was not issued. I went ahead and issued the certificate for you anyway. You should now have it on your training dashboard.6 -
