The Transform feature (documented here) has a "Scale uniformly" option which will increase the size of parts by a scale factor you choose. Is this what you're looking for?

how do I take a bunch of measurements in a sketch and up them by a specific amount all at once, like creating a selection of measurements or is this sort of thing not possible or hasn't been implemented yet into onshape. Thank you!

You could craete an "#Addition" variable first. Then if you have a sketch element that is say 23mm long, you could use equations like "23 mm + #Addition" in the dimension of the sketch. All dimensions that have the addition added, will the get longer by the amount you put in the #Addition variable value field.

@max_kuerti Use the transform tool. It will blow out all your dimensions and constraints to other geometry if there is some, but I'm guessing that's just ok if your wanted to do this.

I must admit it is bit odd that it blows out dimensions that are only related to sketch elements. maybe worth a IR?
