Google Chrome unable to use external GPU on laptop

ivaylo_ivanovivaylo_ivanov Member Posts: 2
Hello,

after upgrading to Windows 10 I am not able to use google Chrome browser (to use Onshape) on my external NVIDIA GPU. I am able to set it in Nvidia control panel to use the external GPU, but when I start Chrome it starts with black screen and that's all. The browser is just not working. It is running without any problems on the second Intel GPU. Could you please advice me how to use Onshape on eGPU. It is 3D CAD and it is important to use more powerful graphics if you have it.

Thanks!
Ivaylo

Do you see any errors when you type chrome://gpu? I know there has been support in the past. Might be an issue in Chrome. Submit a ticket with the ? Menu and i will see if anything has been logged.
