This is Oleg Shilovitsky, co-founder of OpenBOM.
We're currently working to make OpenBOM compatible with changes Onshape made in the last release. Unfortunately, Onshape didn't make API available before the release. We are still working with Onshape API dev to find a solution.
A partial fix will be available in few days. To make all OpenBOM functionality compatible will new Onshape changes will require to have API available. As soon as Onshape will provide API for these features, we will make OpenBOM. For the moment, Onshape is promising API in 1.75 version.

OpenBOM was partially fixed and can now count quantity and produce BOM for assemblies using Onshape standard content
However, PN and Desc from standard content is still not available (Onshape didn't release API yet to get it in our application).
The following video shows a workaround how to get them into Onshape drawing.
We hope standard content support will be fixed in the next production update after Onshape will release 1.75. Onshape promised to provide API in that version.
