how can I set equality constraint in sketch across multiple fillets

Noob here. Working through the online exercises, which I am finding really helpful. In the first loft exercise, I am creating a rectangular profile to loft that has all four corners filleted. Each of the four fillets should have the same radius. I've tried using the equal constraint to force all four fillets to the same radius, but it doesn't seem to work.
Is it not possible to set such a constraint?

What I found was that you can use an equal constraint on sketch fillets, but if you have them dimensioned (to different dimensions) you will have to delete one of the dimensions before adding the constraint.
Constraints also work in pairs so you'll need add them in that manner.
Also worth noting that OS remembers the size you used last time, so if you add one fillet, set it to the correct size, and then click the other 3 corners they'll automatically all be correct.
