Grouping parts

stuart_hatherwaystuart_hatherway Member Posts: 8
Hi all I'm new to ONSHAPE so just getting started.
I'm adding a complex slide that I've imported onto an assembly. Its made up of 5 main parts which i want to group together so I move the parts together.
Using connectors and fastener mates is proving difficult because the correlation between the parts is unclear. Is there a way of grouping these parts
Thanks for any help you can provide

Welcome to Onshape! There is a Group tool in Assemblies.

    See more info here: https://cad.onshape.com/help/#mategroup.htm?

You just have to remember if you're grouping an assembly with something you need to select it in the feature tree and not by window selecting it in the assembly work-space.
