How would I go about merging 200 parts into 1?

I’m asking because Boolean freezes or cuts out wherever I try. I’m trying to merge 200 teeth for a planetary gearbox

The problem you are facing here is that you did a circular pattern of the entire ring with one tooth. So, the result of your pattern is 200 rings, each with one tooth, all overlayed on top of each other. This is a ton of unnecessary geometry. Instead of doing this, you have two options:- Create the ring and the tooth as separate parts, then pattern just the tooth, and boolean everything together.
- Set up the ring and the tooth the way you already have, and use a face pattern to create the 200 teeth.

I've also suppressed 'Circular pattern 4' to speed up the loading of the part studio. Because the 4 planetary gears are exactly the same, you really only need to make one, and can create 4 instances of them in the assembly.Jake Rosenfeld - Modeling Team5

Without being able to see the problem, it's very hard to 'guess' the reason.
How are you making the teeth? Why are they all separate?
There is a 10 minute (i think) timeout on booleans - have you tried booleaning smaller groups together?
The best thing to do is post a link.
im making the gears by making a single sketch face with a tooth, sweeping the face with a helix, and then using circle pattern to to replicate it. From there I Boolean the X amount of parts into one. I managed to do it with a 50 tooth planet gear, a 100 tooth sun gear, but I’m struggling with booleaning (merging) the 200 tooth ring gear.

Option 2 will be faster to execute (and was easier to set up given the way you've designed so far):https://cad.onshape.com/documents/a8113e34e3915c522536689b/w/1abc89f28c81d2e2bd921084/e/faf12db2d6dd1ab3dde99f8e
