Can I change size of the default planes?

john_P37john_P37 Member Posts: 25 PRO
If I import a .sldprt file, say a cube that is 1" square, when I open it up, the part is always very small on the screen. After I zoom in the default planes are so large I lose ability to view their edges.  Is there a way to change the size of the default x y z planes so that are closer in size to the part?
thanks,
John
