Balloon callout problem.

In a recent update to openBOM it has now become possible for the balloon callout to reference the BOM and add data to the balloon number. Having watched the openBOM video which uses Onshape. However repeated attempts to to add these items to my own assembly the callout Box will not accept any input.
I have had a web meeting with Oleg from openBOM who tried to find what the problem may be, but though he tried by using my computor was still unable to make any input. Concluding that for some reason the BOM was not bonding with the drawings in my case. I say in my case because clearly
the procedure does work as proven by demonstration videos. Could there be a slight bug interfering.
