Onshape sign in problem

Been trying to sign in to Onshape using Chrome on windows 10. Advised to do this because of problem with balloon callouts in safari. However Onshape will not accept my password which I know is correct. The message I get is (email or password is incorrect) this I know is not the case.
Can anyone advise how to overcome this

    Many thanks, contacted by support and problem solved. just needed to reset password .
