Sheet Metal Pattern Failure

I am attempting to make this part using sheet metal,


I am having trouble patterning the slot cut, trying to use a feature circular pattern then a feature linear pattern. The feature circular pattern fails. I tried doing it with extruding a solid part, patterning that and doing a boolean subtract but that created lots of issues.

 Anyone have any advice for me?

I was able to make your part work with a little tweaking. Instead of extruding from the center and up to the outer face, I used a blind extrude that is much simpler for OS to process. After that the patterns just worked. No other modifications were necessary. Although, I did delete the boolean since the subtract operation can be done from within the second pattern feature.
