It's similar to java/javascript, but it's different enough that it's more than just java with special built-in libraries.0

Syntax-wise, it's most similar to JavaScript. Other than the C family, we were inspired a little by a lot of different languages, including Lua, D, Python, and languages with purely functional maps and arrays.
