Distance & centre of mass measurement

Hi

I am following the learning pathways regarding assemblies..

I follow all the steps mentioned (No changes in part sizes), and when i finally try to measure distance between 2 entities i get 151.755 mm (minimum distance)
Correct answer(parallel measurement) is supposed to be 151.673
Here is a link to my document

There also seems to be no way of choosing between minimum distance/ parallel distance etc.
What am i missing or doing wrong ?

Similarly in this excercise, i get a completely different value for Center of Mass compared to what is 'supposed' to be correct in the learning pathway

You must have fixed your model, because when I measure it comes out to the correct 151.673mm.
