Using a spreadsheet to drive variables in dimensions of a sketch and/or dimensions in features.

It would be great if a user could enter values in a spreadsheet according to his needs, and get a one of a kind custom product.
If you can make it possible that a spreadsheet drive the variables of the dimensions in a sketch or in a feature, it would be very useful.
Thank you for considering our needs.
