Can't create a new account - recaptcha code?

I'm trying to get my daughter setup with an Onshape account because she's interested in trying it, but it won't create the account because I didn't put a recaptcha code in. The problem is, nowhere on the screen does it ask for a recaptcha code.
This is on a new Asus Chromebook which is capable of running Andriod apps. Does this have anything to do with it?

I'm not quite following what you mean about the recaptcha code. The Chromebook should be fine. Can you give a little more detail about what you are running into? You can also open a support ticket if you prefer.
