When I select the text on the drawing, all the text is outline but the characters do not shade as if selected.
This looks the same as if there are gaps in the perimeter.
Most probably something stupid I am doing as I have extruded text before.
Many thanks for any help
I am not sure what is happening.
Does it still not work if you do separate sketches for each number?
IR for AS/NZS 1100
The difference I see is that on the single word I can select individula characters within the word but I do not seem able to do that with multiple words as I only seem to be able to select them all or nothing.
mbartlett21 Thanks for you reply.

All works, although I have used multiple words before in the same project.
Off to print it now, 3 layer colour change on a Prusa 3MK3
nice work! I hope you will post a picture and a little explanation. btw I am waiting by the curb for my MK3 - (scheduled for mid May)
This is my first complex mechanism drawn in onShape - I only started 3D CAD in August last year, so quite a learning process.
I have put photos of the clock face in the onShape documents.(link in original post)
More experienced creators will no doubt throw their hands in the air at my clumsy work, but the clock mechanism is now running on the bench.
Like most development work it has suffered from spec creep from my daughter (the eventual owner), the grandchildren have one of the slave clocks each - in this case the face was printed on paper not 3D printed.
