since you doesn't provide an example I can only reccomend to look for Sketch wrapper FS, it has option to unwrap cone faces

this is not a sheet metal functionality but the only way to get cone flat pattern

its good enough,but where do i found this  sketch wrap funktion?

right click this feature in the feature tree and select "open linked document", there you can find plus button in the top left corner to add features existing in the document to your toolbar.
