Angle mate in assembly

I know its probably easy but I can't find how to angle mate these 2 rings one to another using the segment lines or another way. I need 7.50 degrees between each ring using the segment lines . There will be 25 rings when done. Each one will need this mate

If you don’t need any relative motion, the better solution would be to use a Fastened mate and edit the middle mate connector to rotate it 7.5deg around its Z axis.
