DXF Scale when importing to drawing

Hi. I have exported DXFs with no problem. I know the scale is right because I've sent parts to be laser cut, etc.
However, when I import a DXF into an Onshape drawing, they are always tiny. For example, in this image, the DXF itself was created from an 11x17 sketch. I need to produce an 11x17 PDF, so I was going to import the DXF into the drawing then export the drawing as a PDF. But, as you can see, the scale is tiny!
Can someone help?
