Extrude Interactions

Greetings

Can someone indicate why in the 1st image the extrude of the vert-member cut out the entire volume of the horizontal member?  The 2nd image shows both members to be in the same plane, and I extruded the horizontal member first; which of course, did not have the cut-out.  Thanks, Robert.

    Seems I also have a space as the vert-member did not go to the construction line as I intended; but in reality, it is constrained there by the point.

    Construction lines do not for "regions" they're just for referencing to or from.  Extrudes work on regions.  Make the geometry you need from solid lines and you'll be good :+1:

    If you edit your extrudes you can add that missing profile to your selection. Here's a random screenshot of one of my extrude features with multiple profiles selected.
