Helpon mate connectors
Hello,
Can someone help me to find the appropriate mate connectors on one of my assemblies please?

Hi @eloge_tounou just had a look at your parts. It may help you to add some mate connectors in the part studio, here you can use a sketch to help you position the mate connector if need be.0

I think you will want a Cam Mate, Onshape has not got this yet. see

@eloge_tounou Some tips for assembly mates
1) Fasten mate is used to restrict all the movements of part. Generally used for fastener components.
2) Slider mate is used to allow sliding movement of part along the mate connector direction
3) Cylindrical mate is used to allow both sliding and rotational movement of part
4) Revolute mate is used to allow rotation of part about mate connector axis
5) Planer mate is used to allow the part to move along the plane
6) Ball mate is used for spherical parts to allow rotation at all angles along sphere.

7) Pin slot mate is used to allow to slide cylindrical parts such as pin along the slot. see this discussion

@eloge_tounou ,I have given some constrain according to your functional requirement. Provide clearance between Bloc moteur and rotor to avoid intersection. Kindly check out Below URL and video for your assembly. If you need more assistance kindly feel free to ask in this forum.

the suggestion is very closed to my expectation, however, the bloc-moteur is a fixed part and a rotation of the part3 (similar to a cam) should result to a movement (combined rotation and translation) of the rotor part, but during this, the external surfaces of the rotor must be guided by the internal of the bloc-moteur
