sweep construction entities

I made construction lines on 2 planes and 3D filleted the corners. There is a circle at the beginning and I tried to sweep but it is rejecting the entities I've selected for the sweep path. It says check that selections are not construction entities. Here's a link an picture:

I'm not certain, but this may be because each section of your path is defined in a separate sketch, whereas from the description in the help video they must all be part of the same sketch:
It's not clear, but I interpret that to mean sketch entities within a single sketch. Certainly the error message you're getting is confusing in this case.

Where is this video? I looked at an online tutorial and I can't figure out how to do get the precision selector to appear when I try to use multiple planes in one sketch
Are u saying my original file works without u changing it? And if so what do I change about my selections
Works for me too with out changing any of your sketches. Are you selecting whole sketches? I selected individual curves displayed. i suspect there are things eft behind after the 3D fillet that are being selected that have overlaps of curves.
