Question about sharing links

Does everyone who recieves a shared link form me have to setup an Onshape account before being able to access what I would like to share with them?

Depends if you turn on "link sharing". It's an option on the bottom tab of the window when you press the blue share button. If its on, they don't need an account.
One good trick to know exactly what someone else is seeing, is to open the link with a browser window set in private mode. That will force you to be logged out of your account. That's exactly what someone will see if they don't have an account.
