How to fuse two pieces in one piece

I used booelian operation for fuse them … it seem in one piece but when I do a hole through all , only the first piece is holed

I rebegin the hole construction and all is ok now
Also I think that when a hole is existing before the boolean opération, all isn't update
You can reorder features in the feature tree by drag and drop, just be mindful about "order of operations". If for some reason the move blows up, and creates a "sea of red" in the feature tree, just use the undo button.
