I'd start with our free courses: https://learn.onshape.com/

Just use one of the rectangle tools, constrain the sides equal and to length D, then extrude to depth D.

Is there a way to convert drawings created with draw.io diagram software for making flowcharts/diagrams to onshape dawings use AI? It creates plain drawings.

    Why would you need to?

You can export an svg from draw.io and import it directly into onshape.

Yes, I can import it as SVG into onshape. But I need to get an editable Part studio and Drawing as result of import.

I'm curious about the use case for this workflow. What are you trying to achieve? Draw.io is neither very accurate nor overly comfortable to use, so this would only make sense if you absolutely need to incorporate geometry provided by someone else into your designs. I could imagine placards, type or serial number stickers or other graphic elements.

I ask because I have had similar cases, though not with Draw.io but other graphics apps.

I find it convenient to use draw.io for my purposes, it's easy to use and I can quickly sketch a simple detail. It would be nice if this flat 2D drawing could be recognized and processes by AI and imported directly into onshape as regular native project, not svg image.

If you are sketching a "simple detail", why wouldn't you just sketch it directly in Onshape though?
