Strange Sweep Behavior – Not Following Spline Path

    you will probably have to post a link to your document so everyone can see what's going on under the hood.

    You will have better luck if your profile sketch is perpendicular to the path. I'd stick a plane using curve point on your sweep path and put your sketch on that plane

    The sketch curve used by handle sweep should go past the the outer surface of cup or it will leave gaps. Mate connecter on the end of handle sketch will line up the sketch.

    PS. If the handle over shoots inside, no problem. You use deleteface(heal) to get rid of it.
