Making a Looping

Hi Everyone!
I'm trying to make a looping like this in the picture below… just for fun and to improve my skills in onshape… But what im doing wrong because i dont get it the right way.. it keeps fail at the sweep… for somehow it also dont connect smoot.

Your sweep path is too abrupt of a change and causes the sweep geometry to overlap itself when making the turn. I think your profile is too large that in interferes with itself as well. The image to the right is two sweeps to show an example of the situation to avoid. The transition needs to be smoother and I suspect. your image is probably on a half turn of an helix not a full 380°.
For the sweep path…here I used half turn helix, 2 small sketch lines and 2 bridging curves to connect he helix to the sketch lines using G3 ends.
woow how do i do that… do you have a example from it?
here is the feature tree. I didn’t make it clean just used what you had and added modified whatever to make it work.
