BUG: top face of solid disappears when adding fillet to edge

https://cad.onshape.com/documents/d8e5b380208a4751f3388ac2/w/da3086a6bc185b59f4ba43eb/e/38c71f2c0389016332682fd1?renderMode=0&uiState=67d1cb94d213cc6ff48192e8
Any ideas? Legit bug?

If you reduce the radius of fillet 6 so that it doesn't spill over the edge of the part (say .2 instead of .25), everything behaves much better.
I was able to fix the part in multiple ways, but the fact still stands that simply trying to add a fillet caused an entire face of a solid to disappear. should I just report this?
It’s definitely worth reporting, but I suspect it’s a Parasolid bug. Solidworks does similar things when the geometry has a twitchy topology issue like that.
I concur: NX (built by siemens, that owns Parasolid kernel) also does this sometimes.
