Copy from a sketch on one plane to another plane with only different "Z values

I am using the free version of Onshape so I don't know if there are some features dealing wioth X Y Z coords that are only available in the "pro" version of Onshape
What I am trying to do is copy some features frome one sketch on one plane with zero "Z" values to another sketch on another plane with a different "Z" value . I can accomplish through Copy and paste a transfer of certain features to the second plan and the "Z" value follows correctly to the second plane. However I cannot place the features to the precise location where the "X" & :"Y" values remain unchanged. If this option is available on the free version I would appreciate an explanation of how I can paste the features into the precise location over the "Z" value.

Free and paid are exactly the same other than release management needed by companies.
Are you trying to copy whole parts? Or sketch entities?
If parts, use “transform”. If edges of a part (or portions of a prior sketch) use “use edge”.
Posting a link to your document will get you better answers, so we can see what you’re trying to do.
Just create a new sketch on the offset plane and use the "use" tool to bring the sketch elements you need in your current sketch.
I am trying to copy sketch entities. What or where is the "use" tool? I have created a new sketch on the 2nd plane. I can copy entities to that plane and paste them there. What I am unable to accomplish is moving those entities to the precise location because there are no points that I can click to.
You can find that by exploring the tools or searching "Use" in help, which is where I found this.
