Adding Tunnel

In Part Studio 1, I have a bowl with the opening. The opening is meant to dispense food. Now for the opening, I want to know how to add a tunnel matching the opening and the tunnel must be tilted in 40% angle so it extends outside the bowl and food falls in a plate

    It is hard to tell without knowing exactly what is needed, but here's a simple option that just takes the edges of the bowl cutout and adds length and angle variable for a sheet metal tunnel part:
